When it comes to complex subjects like VMs, HPC, H4D and chip performance, even an audience fluent in tech terminology can struggle to -feel- the difference between one configuration and another. So how do you take something abstract and turn it into something real? We saw that opportunity to have some fun, and bridge the gap between knowing and understanding what these configurations actually mean across every industry.

Together with our incredible partners at Two Eyed People, we set out to demonstrate the wide variety of EPYC-powered virtual machine families on Google Cloud for AMD and gave them all incredible alter egos - A squad of EPYC-powered superheroes users could select, battle-test through a trait-matching game, and deploy into real-world case studies.

This is an example of how we take complex technology solutions and make them fun.
